Delivery within Australia is free!  We will deliver via Australia Post regular post. We are happy to deliver to PO Boxes.

Payment

If you wish to purchase items shown on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart.  We accept Mastercard and Visa via Paypal for online orders.

You can also call +61357791028 to make an order over the phone with payment by credit card or direct deposit.

Express Post

Express Post is a flat rate of $20.  Please select the express post shipping option as you check out.Please note, we are in Mansfield, Victoria, outside the area covered by the Express Post next day delivery guarantee.  It will be quicker than regular post but usually not overnight.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return the goods to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

International

We can ship to most countries for a flat rate of $40 AUD.  Please select international shipping as you check out.  

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order and will not be disclosed to any other party. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.

Gifts

If you are sending your purchase as a gift we are more than happy to include a card with your order.  Just write your message in the “instructions to seller” box as you check out or email your message to sales@lambcare.com.au.  We will email your receipt to you and send a dispatch note with the goods.
